What is
ProAgeYoga®?

ProAge does not mean that you have to be a certain age to participate.

When did you notice that you were getting older?

ProAgeYoga® isn't just yoga on the mat, it's also our inner attitude toward aging.

During ProAge yoga classes, we strengthen and stretch our bodies in a sustainable way, taking into account our limitations and/or injuries.

Among other things, it is also about developing a positive mindset for a loving approach to aging.


In my classes, I would like to share this balance between discipline, challenge, and positive self-talk with you.

And just as the leaves change over the course of the year, our bodies change over the course of the years.

Who is ProAgeYoga® for?

ProAgeYoga® is for you if:

  • you are already noticing the first signs of aging

  • you are physically active but currently injured

  • you just want to start doing yoga

  • you would like to strengthen your body in a mindful and sustainable way
