My philosophy

My yoga classes are not about how much you can stretch or bend - but rather how you feel. My intention is to give you a space where you can relax, breathe, and feel truly comfortable in your body.
Because yoga is for every body, every shape and avery age.

Every body tells its own story. Some people find it easier to sit cross-legged, others to stand on one leg - and both are perfectly fine.

Our well-being changes from day to day, and our bodies transform as we age.
